Council is given in service to the whole, the group, the team, the family, the relationship, business or partnership. It is the ancient way we as people have always come to meet. It does not seek to right wrongs, it isnt therapy, or just entertainment. Combinations of people exist together in agreement through communication. Where this is not clear, accorded respectful time and space, loss of energy, or integrity, ultimately failure will thrive. A place where people can come together, be themselves, live and express their truth safely is where the heart and circle meet. It is not for nothing that this has been the way of communication and community for thousands of years. 

Participation can be extraordinary, profoundly simple and life-affirming.

Rob has a long-standing interest and study in what brings community, keeps it in balance and diffuses the natural human tendencies that can sabotage individual and collective effort, aspiration and dreams. He has taught a nine-day course in consciousness since 1995, holds regular councils and workshops in the South East and participates in community practices internationally.
