Refunds (Products)
You will be entitled to a full refund should you decide to cancel your order within seven days of placing it, or should you return your product within seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer). Please contact us for returns procedure.
Ordering
If you don't get a return e-mail from us within 7 days confirming your order, then please contact us on +44 (0)1342 823809. It may be that some of the details on your form were incomplete and we are waiting for these to despatch your order.
Delivery
We always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible and normally within 24 hours, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have a special reason for wanting your order quickly, please telephone/email us and we will be glad to help you. Our products are sent in a padded jiffy bag or box, and may not fit through your letterbox. If you're not normally in when your post is delivered, you may want your order to go to another address. If this is the case, please let us know both your home postal and order delivery address. Thank you.
Damaged Goods
If for any reason your order did not arrive in good condition, please send it back to us within 15 days to the above address with a note explaining the problem . Although we may not be able to pay your return postage, we will send a replacement order to you also free of postage and packing costs, or refund you in full.
